SOMERSET COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

RELIEF ACT OF 2021 RELIEF FUND DISTRIBUTION

The Maryland Department of Commerce has allocated a portion of the Relief Act of 2021 for distribution to hotels, restaurants and online businesses of Somerset County that have been adversely affect by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Somerset County EDC will use these grant funds to support the economic recovery efforts in Somerset County and assist qualifying hotels, restaurants and online businesses been impacted by this crisis.

Allocation amounts are as follows: Hotel Funding  to receive $42,265.70, Restaurant Funding  to receive $92,984.55 and Online Sales Funding  and $2,113.29.

Relief Act of 2021 Funding Applications can be obtained from the

Anne, Maryland 21853. They can also be downloaded via website
